Meghan and Harry, who is sixth in line for the throne, have made the decision to “keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private”. And as the royals and fans alike wait for the exciting news, people have been sharing pictures and videos of Meghan Markle and her blossoming baby bump, before the Duchess of Sussex went on maternity leave. In one post shared on one Instagram account, Meghan and Harry’s baby pictures are placed side by side.
Eagle-eyed Francesca, who runs the Duke and Duchess of Sussex fan account @harry_meghan_updates on Instagram, also spotted what appears to be the little moving inside Meghan’s baby bump while the Duchess visited the National Theatre at the end of January when she was around six months pregnant.
The heartwarming footage shows Meghan cradling her baby bump, before what looks like a tiny foot – or possibly a hand – kicks.
The account commented: ”We saw your little foot or hand!
“You’re a very active little one!
“Here you said hello during your mum’s visit to the National Theatre.”
This is not the first time the royal baby has been spotted kicking inside of Meghan’s bump.
Just a month earlier, in December, Meghan was filmed at the British Fashion Awards suddenly placing her hands prectively around baby bump on stage – sparking speculation that the royal baby kicked.
Meghan is understood to have been around five month pregnant at the time and mothers can expect to feel movement from their babies from around 16 to 25 weeks.
Then in February, Meghan was seen gasping in surprise and she held her baby bump during an engagement in Bristol with Prince Harry.
The footage was shared on Instagram, captioned: “Wow! Look at this! The precious moment Baby Sussex kicked Meghan’s lungs out of her.”
Meghan and Harry have moved to Frogmore House, in Windsor, where it is understood the Duchess is preparing the nursery for the arrival of Baby Sussex.
Kensington Palace in a statement last week said: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very grateful for the goodwill they have received from people throughout the United Kingdom and around the world as they prepare to welcome their baby.
“Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private.
“The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family.”
